Our new Xyngular Back office (XBO) will provide a one-of-a-kind experience for our Members. You now have at your finger tips the things you need to succeed. Easy access to your team and rank information and a simple way to stay connected. You can easily track the progress of yourself and your entire team in real time assuring you will know exactly what you need to do to hit your goals.

Xyngular Back Office FAQ
Q: What should I expect when the system change over happens?
A: The first week of live November data, mainly volume and commissions, may be off until we run monthly commissions. Then all data will be generated real time and there will never be a discrepancy again. Commissions will not be paid on November 2nd or the 5th while we prepare to do monthly commissions.
Q: How do I login to the new XBO?
A: XBO login credentials will be the same user name and same password but all passwords will be uppercase.
Q: How do I register my account?
A: To register your account, go to http://xyngular.myvoffice.com and click “Click Here” in the register section. This will walk you through registering your site. Remember to drop the X from your ID number.
Q: What do I do if the login page is broken?
A: If you find that when you click Member Login on www.Xyngular.com that you are taken to a broken page it means that your machine is caching. To clear the cache on your machine click CTRL F5. If this does not solve the problem please call Member Service at 801-756-8808.
Q: Will multiple credit cards be accepted in the new XBO?
A: Multiple credit cards will only be accepted on orders called in through Member Service. Multiple payment types or multiple credit cards will not work in the Xyngular Back Office.
Q: What will my replicated site URL look like?
Q: How is enrolling a Customer different from enrolling a Member?
A: Members are enrolled through your Xyngular Back Office by selecting Downline> Register a New Member. Customers must be enrolled through replicated sites by clicking shop.
Q: Will I be able to access my XBO via mobile app?
A: Initially, the mobile app function will not be available but it will be coming soon. Keep watching for a date.
Q: What languages will my XBO be offered in?
A: English and Spanish are both available.
